Miriam's helpers in Yachandandah
Miriam recently did a small fund raising event for CEF at Rod and Claire's home in Yachandandah.
Miriam said that Clare and Rod were so fantastic supporting her the way they did. Not only did she have the run of their lovely mud brick home, but they also supplied the pumpkins for the soup and made two home baked loaves amongst their many other generosities like making a donation or two along the way.
They live with their son Jack on a lovely property, growing many nice things to eat in the garden, keeping a horse, and cow and her calves and their dog.
I greatly appreciate their generosity, kindness and thoughtfulness. More children will receive an education due to this little event. Even little events make a difference to the lives of others!
